Center City District Office

2023-2024 Coscia Moos Internship

Center City District, which “works every day to enhance the vitality of Center City,” is relocating from its current office space to a historic building on Broad Street. The new space allows for the opportunity to open up their office and improve their productivity through design choices. The core concept for this design was to use the neighborhoods of the Center City district to “zone” the areas within this office space. The zoning shows through in both color and material choices.
